I think FAQ 201 on marking comments as spam might benefit from the mention of the new option of enabling ReCAPTCHA on comments for anonymous/non-friends.
FAQ 109 is Abuse Prevention-related FAQ on what to do if you get harassing comments. I think that this new option should be mentioned there too. ReCAPTCHA deals more with spam than harassment, but still.
