Errors in FAQ #60

FAQ #60 has a couple of errors/inconsistencies.

First, there's the labeled/labelled inconsistency, which can be seen in the following sentences:

Fixed the first two. I have no idea about the creation date vs. added interest date, though, so I'll leave that until we get more information.

Not sure about the last one, and I think that's too detailed for the FAQ anyway. Modified it to just say "500 users, 500 comms". If that applies to them, they're boned no matter what, so no need to go into detail.

I agree that it doesn't really need to be explained in the FAQ beyond the number of journals that will be displayed, although in some cases it could make a difference in whether they're permanently boned or just for the foreseeable future. If it's based on when the interest was added, if enough people who added it previously later remove it then the person will eventually be among the 500 who added it earliest. I suppose you could argue that the same is true of account creation date, if the oldest accounts remove the interest, but in that case other people with older accounts could add the interest at a later date and push the person even farther down the list.

But I'm just babbling, as this doesn't affect what the FAQ should say.
