It's a userhead that cannot be purchased at the store and is only available to active support volunteers. It's actually bunny ears :-)
Volunteers should be at least SupportHelps, but I don't know if it's still the same way or not. Carrie will get back to you on this, I guess.

It has been done. Let me know if there are weird things happening with your account, as sometimes data gets corrupt when a custom userhead is force-changed. (No big deal, it'll be something like the front page not loading.)
