Starting with "today's" release r86, people with any supporthelp priv can see an extra column on the board: updated. This sortable column will update whenever the request receives a touch ( ... )

The update thing is \o/ It broke the GM script I use to see what's been updated since I last looked, but then I realised I don't need that any more >_>

The 1734 (not 43, Trixie) fix is also \o/ I imagine DW Support will appreciate it, too ;)

Awesome on the new field!

I've always worried that adding a screened to an old response was half-futile since the request was probably not going to get looked at by a supporthelp for another week, if that.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO RESPOND TO THE SITE WIDE FREAKOUT ABOUT A POSSIBLE MAJOR SECURITY BREACH? THE PANIC IS SPREADING AND PEOPLE ARE DELETING THEIR JOURNALS. I'm using all caps to convey urgency. LJ has made no official announcements and it's really hurting your reputation.
