There's another patch that's just gone live to fix a few more issues!

Bug Fixes:

Using the lj-cut function in the Rich Text Editor should no longer delete text or cause other problems with incorrect text placement.
Copy/pasting text from other Rich Text sources such as Word or Google Docs should work properly again.
Changing the security level of a Scrapbook album will correctly save the new security setting.
Scrapbook images can be moved between albums again.
Notifications shouldn't contain the promo module for non-Cyrillic users.
