Release 86 has just gone live!
New Features / Improvements:
- Community owners can now make use of the Google Analytics feature for their community. (Previously, this feature was only accessible for personal journals.) Note that only the owner of a community can activate this feature; maintainers are not able to define or view the Google Analytics settings for the community. This feature is activated on the Extensions tab of the Settings dialog.
- The contextual hover menu has been redesigned. The general look of the hover menu has been updated, and a few options have changed location. The functionality and wording of the ban options are now clearer in regards to their actual effect; there is now one checkbox for 'ban from my journal' and then a second checkbox for 'ban from my communities.' To ban a user from both locations, simply select both checkboxes. Also, the 'View journal | profile' line has been removed.
Bug Fixes:
- The bug that caused the left, center, and right alignment buttons to be removed has been resolved. These buttons are now present again in the Rich Text Editor (RTE). (LJSV-1855)
- Images inserted into entries will no longer automatically have a border created; the proper insertion of the 'border=0' attribute has been restored. (LJSV-1801)
- The font of the HTML editor has been altered to a fixed-width font, similar to the commenting form. (LJSV-1831)
- The autosaved draft of an entry no longer strips the zero characters from the 'Autosaved draft at hh:mm:ss' timestamp. (LJSV-1816)
- When an entry created in the HTML editor is restored from the autosaved draft, it no longer erroneously removes consecutive linebreaks. (LJSV-1833)
- Text and images in emails, notifications, and style settings are no longer being replaced by text placeholders. (LJSV-1821, LJSV-1843)
[Edit] The issue with default userpics showing on friends pages when another userpic had been selected has been fixed.
