We're working on ironing out the remaining issues with Horizon -- I've seen some comments in various posts mentioning various bugs, and it's difficult to aggregate everything when it's spread out everywhere. So, I'd like to pull everything together into one place. I'm going to keep a running list of "known issues" here -- I'll try to update it at least once a day, so you don't have to go digging through the comments to see what's been listed.
This post is solely to aggregate bugs with Horizon. If you have other feedback about Horizon please consider going through other channels, as I'm only looking for bugs and broken behavior.
EDIT (13 September): Well, I didn't end up making a list of "known issues" like I hoped I would, but I have gone through the comments and pulled together a list of bugreports for the engineers. We've fixed a good handful of the problems that were reported, and we'll work on fixing the remaining issues. We haven't updated the version of Horizon on the site to reflect the latest updates/bugfixes, though; that'll be done as soon as possible.
EDIT (16 September): Users of Internet Explorer and Safari might not be able to highlight text on site pages if you're using Horizon. We're looking into resolving this problem as soon as we can. Until then, you can either use a different browser, or switch to a different site scheme.
