Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta at Java island, an old capital of Indonesia. I am not sure that this is Stupa, but it is really a hindu shrine.

yes, it's called hindu shrine/temple because stupa for Buddha,
in Indonesia you can see stupa in Borobudur. Did u went there? that's near Yogyakarta. Or u can visit Ratu Boko temple, just several kilometer from Prambanan.
