If you go to http://www.livejournal.com/manage/logins.bml , you can see the recent login history for your account.

Yesterday a change was made that recorded incorrect IP addresses for a few hours.  Probably a 172.something address. That is not our staff, just a screw-up on our part. [edit: The entries in your login history are not other people, we ( Read more... )

What, no kittens? *g* Srsly, although I curse the slowness on occasion, thanks for keeping us in the loop. I'm a programmer, I know what it's like to push out something which should work (and did in the lab) but then falls flat on its face in the field. So give the developers some kittens and pizza from me...

thanks for taking the time to explain. Not noticed anything of what you've mentioned but good to know that my computer isn't suffering from a slowing down death condition!

What did you guys just do to my layout?

It is completely changed to one that I hate.

I dislike not being able to separate "journals only" from "communities only" when viewing friends' pages. :(

Yeah, that's bad too. I guess we're going to have to make it a customs friends groups: Journals, and Communities.

I am seriously pissed that my custom made layout just got changed to an ugly blue and white thing with no style. So pissed I have to do that work all over again!

I custom made the groups, but I don't want to have to move people every time I join a new community or add a new friend. I have a short list of both, as it is which makes further filtering kind of pointless.

Sorry about your layout; it sucks putting in all that time and energy to personalizing your journal only to have it messed up like that. Personally, I think I prefer the old style better as well-- it looks a little dated and clunky the way it is now.

Thanks; the "new code" push probably explains why the little icon selector next to the Subject field is broken in all web browsers I've tried in. I hope that can be fixed soon. (I also hope it can be restored to all comment forms. I hate having to go through the "More Options..." path for every comment.)

Lol, I read 'site slowness' as 'slight slowness' and was about to raise my eyebrows at you. My bad, please, go on.
