No "find a random user" feature? It still shows up on Dystopia. :^)

It shows up, but the random user pool that it draws from is about two years old. *g*

The feature exists - it's just not linked on Horizon. Until it gets revamped/fixed (hmmm, speaking of LJ Search...) it'll stay unlinked. No sense promoting something so horribly broken. :-)
