Doesn't it seem ironic that they're asking for someone who's concerned about privacy issues or sharing personal information on their blog to appear on their tv show to talk about it?

Hah.. yeah. I just hope this show won't add more "Oh, LJ is all about emo 14 year olds and drama, drama, drama" attitude amongst people who doesn't know the LJ community personally :/

I'm kind of tired of getting ridiculed by friends at other forums or sites because of the fact that I have a LJ :/ Giving them more fuel for their teasing = bad :P

yea, articles and shows always seem to give a more negative view to blogs- I wish they would do something on the many people who blog to keep in touch with far away friends or just to keep a journal that happens to be only, peple who make use of friends only features etc.

But there's all kinds here - I wish the media wasn't so interested in fixating on the one age group.
