So I thought I'd go ahead and take a stab at some of the questions everyone submitted. I think I'm as interested in reading what people have questions about as all of you are about seeing them answered. ;)

It's a Harry Potter joke... Harry was pretending to cast spells on Dudley, and he said those two words as part of the fake magic. And then Dudley ran into his house, yelling out, "Muuuuum! He's doing you-know-what!" And the whole thing was hilarious.

It's also a Doctor Who joke. The Doctor does technical magic on Rose's cell phone, calling it jiggery-pokery. Rose answers, "I failed hullabaloo."

Thank you! The choice of username was neither consciously Potter-derived, though I had read CoS by that point, nor predictive of that Doctor Who line by several years. I read it in a newspaper (in, IIRC, an article where one boxing promoter accused another of manipulating the rankings), remembered how funny it sounded and was delighted to see it was still available.
