The very latest data will be in LiveJournal.com's database and not available via Subversion, but the latest version that's in Subversion is likely to be in that repository. However, you should be aware that the ljcom repository is not GPL and is available only as an example of how to customize the code in the livejournal repository; if you want to make use of the language bits from ljcom on a public site I'd suggest you contact LiveJournal and ask them whether that's okay first.
