New developer.
Hello all. I am a fairly experienced web developer (2 years), and am interested in getting into working on the code here. I do have an idea for a specific improvement, and would be happy to work on it. As it is, I have no idea where to begin as far getting the code, and then submitting changes. Also, where does development take place? Do people here run their own development servers on which to test code?
