RDA adventures in a Canadian airport

I feel the need to share the dream I just had with everyone. It was a nice dream, and it involved Stargate. You have to understand that I'm on family vacation right now and I'm also looking forward to going to Gatecon next year, if I get the go-ahead from my dad. Anyway...

I brought my family along with me to the airport in Canada, and we had to climb up the escalator over bags and everything, and go through security at the top, and then take a left, were we were in what looked like a waiting lounge, but was really the set of SG-1. RDA was waiting there, reading a newspaper or something. Talking to him I somehow got to be involved in shooting a bit of an episode...or something. Anyway, I got a zat gun from the props manager; it was miniature and came in its own case. It was shaped like a purple pen until RDA showed me how it worked. He went back to reading his newspaper and I went to go fight bad guys, for real. I was shooting at zombies I think. I remember being frustrated because the gun was slow. It wasn't blue lightning that came out, but rather a blue haze that sorta shot at the targeting reticlue if you did it right. I finally managed to get a bird (random). Janet Frasier was there, but then walked away. I went back with my family to chat with RDA. I was pretty chill about it. My dad asked "Now who is this again?" I think I answered "MacGyver, Dad!". Rick leaned over and asked why I didn't stay a while longer. He was very nice. I said I had to leave. I accidentally took the pen-zat with me. I wandered back and messed with the buttons that turned the reticule on and it fell off, because it was just a prop. I had to ask RDA where the props manager was and he got Frasier (dressed in her lab coat and everything) to take the zat and its special case to the PM's window. I ended up *still* having the zat-gun-pen in my hand when she walked off. I think that's when I woke up.

I have to say that my dream-RDA is much better than
surreallis' dream RDA. He didn't throw anything at me, even once!

rda, dreams
