Too Honest
I was purchasing something at Myer today and using a gift certificate as part of the payment. I was standing next to the woman who was serving me as there wasn't an actual counter. She wasn't able to do the transaction correctly so ended up going to find someone who could help her. She walked away from me and LEFT THE TILL WIDE OPEN!
It was only my honesty that stopped me from cleaning it right out. I would have hardly needed to move my arm at all to do so as I was right there next to it.
She didn't just walk away, she went about twenty metres away from me and out of my line of vision.
I looked around for the television cameras. I was sure it was a set-up but there were none AND there also were no security cameras.
This was a mature woman we are talking about here, not an inexperienced junior.
