a bumpy start but overall, awesome weekend!
saturday morning me and my mom and dad drove down to orleans and they dropped me off at karen's! cate karen and i went right to the beach for an hour or so and then went on the boat!! there were some minor injuries but it was soo fun as usual. then we came home and got ready in a record time of 45 minutes. then it was off to the yardarm for dinner and then the baseball game! the game was kind of a bust because we lost and there was a lack of texans. we made a stop at the grocery store on the way home and then pigged out and watched zoolander! very fun day.
sunday we woke up early for cate and karens normal stalker walk at 7:30. the line of cars for the beach was soooo backed up but it was back to normal by 10 for us to go to the beach. we stayed there for a few hours getting some sun and cate and i went swimming. then it was back to the house to pack up for me =( on the way home the parentals and i got some ice cream and it was a very relaxing car ride. i was very disapointed however because i didnt get to mess with texas. hopefully soon!!!
so sunday was also the 4th so once i got home and showered i went to pat's for some family cookout fun. we jumped on the trampoline and ate and then brendan brought us to the fair!! pat and i played that quarter machine game for seriously an hour. it is so addicting. i think i have a gambeling problem!!! but it was so fun and we ended up getting most of our money back and i got a prize! then pat won me another stuffed animal by beating a grandma and two little kids in the squirt gun game haha and we got our caricature done!!! we walked home and then jared set off some FiReWoRkS!!! it was a really fun night!
today it is gross out and im supposed to be at work but only 20 kids showed up and we had like 15 counselers haha so i got to go home! hopefully there is some shopping in the near future!!
