An unconventional translation task
I just learned from Wikipedia that "[i]n French Internet subculture, 'Obi Wan Kenobi' became an expression meaning 'your question does not make sense,' and is said when one does not know what to answer but wants to respond in an amusing way." Now I am trying to think what the English equivalent would be. My first thought was "what is this i don't even" but that seemed a little too strong...and then I thought perhaps "idk my bff jill" would be more appropriate. Thoughts?
