Hold onto the Vine

I love this school. I love tha fact that our teachers get mad at us if we don't go see plays when we have the chance. I love that I saw "A Winter's tale" last night because I want extra credit in my Text calss. Extra creidt for seeing a play, how sweet is that?

I love that my mme project was not the greatest, but that Bob was proud of us for picking something difficult and then failing. How there really is no such thing as failing... you learn from every single anything that you do.

I love that I got put in the box with Elaine and we screamed at eachother and cried. I love that Ellen finally succeeded in class because she trusted me as I led her. I love that I flirt with David and Robert and Sean, sometimes all in the same day.

I love that my friends respect me. I love that they call me a little blonde angle, and make fun of me when I swear.

I love walking to school every morning in the rain, thinking yay! I get to go to movement class and get my butt kicked by the substitude teacher, and then go to Voice and jump rope for 15 mintues, reciting Hamle'ts speech to the players.

Imagine, if you will, 7 girls, jumping rope, saying,

"Speak the speech I pray you, as I pronounced it to you
Trippingly on the tongue.
But if you mouth it, as many our players do..."

and my favorite part

"for in the very torrent, tempest and as I may say WHIRLWIND of your passion, you must aquire and beget a tempermence that may give it smoothness."

reminds me of Geoff in "A Kinght's Tale"

I am home here. I love it
