i'm fairly sure i'm going to be bored with tumblr before i find a layout i like and manage to tweak it to my satisfaction. and i still have no idea what i'm supposed to do with a tumblr account that i can't just do here

i just really don't see the point of it. i mean, people are always saying how they can just spend hours and hours on tumblr, but what the hell are they doing with all those hours?? at least with twitter you can spend some time reading stupid things celebrities say. and also, it has drama.

i mean, if i ever go on it, i'll spend like 5 mins looking at the *DEEP* and *MEANINGFUL* photos people post, and then it's boring. i don't understand the point of the thing at all.

i know a few LJ friends that have gone over to tumblr... but it's not even close to being the same. it's not a journal or blog. it's just.. i dunno, man.

sucks.

gone over? as in they use tumblr INSTEAD? idgi. maybe it's that i don't know what it can actually do yet, but is seems super stupid to me, the way it's set up. it's great for just posting random pics, but other than that? nah.

twitter drama is AWESOME.

ps. does this series of skins end soon? i'm scared of reading your blog. lol. (i'm being randomly stubborn and not watching until it's over. my brain just can't handle the tension of weekly episodes. and i'd inevitably get caught up in the fandom wank.)

yes. i've decided that the purpose of tumblr is emo pictures. so that's what i'll be posting as well. i'm desperate to fit in, after all. lolwut.

you're so mean for drowning puppies! i kinda can't wait to see it now, because i think i liked emily. or... felt sorry for her, maybe, because she seemed so fucking helpless. mostly i just remember being annoyed by the cook/freddie/effy shit that just went on and on and on. (the problem with watching it all in one sitting (or two, i think it was) is that it doesn't really stick the same way. lol.) but i usually find that you're right when you complain about something the rest of the fandom doesn't get.
