Dewey's 24 hour read-a-thon

Apr 21, 2012 12:00

1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today? Adams Center, NY
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to? Wicked
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to? Leftover French Onion soup!
4) Tell us a little something about yourself! Ummm, idk?
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to? I can't wait to spend a day reading and have an excuse to do it! :)

I am 172 pages into my ebook copy of Wicked! Doesn't seem far but this book is a lot slower than I thought it would be for one so short. :x I do like it though! :)

I...am giving up on Wicked. Its the slowest book I have ever read. I just CAN'T. Moving on to COM1.

Removing the Wicked books, I will update later with their replacements. :)

Have trouble just reading, had to food shop and deal with 'net drama (lol me), but I'm on page 120 of Circle of Magic 1 (Sandry's book). :)

13 hours 37 minutes in. Have completed COM1, and had to track down a paper book to read as my tablet died and needed charging. Snagged "McNally's Caper" in the extra room, so I'm starting that right now! :)

Update 5!

Finished McNally's Caper, and now 4 pages away from finishing "Sold". Yay! Finishing this up and heading to bed. I have a tired and my eyes hurt, likely from doing this read-a-thon on my tablet. Eeps. <3
