I've actually posted in this Elle Jay thing this week. Huh. Must be feverish or something.

Anyway, I saw Enchanted April tonight. The play, not the movie, although I saw the play because I adore the movie. I was worried they would ruin it, but I left the play feeling just as peaceful and content and warm inside as I do after watching the movie. I wonder if the book makes you feel the same. I want to go again.

Speaking of books (no, not that one, although I'm always happy to speak of more Harry), June 12th is a big day. A real bookstore will finally return to the financial district (two of my friends celebrate a birthday that day, too, but whatever -- this is BOOKS ^_~). A new Borders is opening on Broadway!!! We haven't had one in that area since You Know What. I can finally, finally, finally go and decompress when work gets too much. I used to head over to the old Borders and just touch the Harry books when I was stressed. Yeah, like you haven't done the same thing. :P

And speaking of You Know What, HOW are planes still allowed to fly that low? It is not very comforting (and by that I mean not comforting at all) to step out of a subway and see and hear a very large plane flying straight overhead towards the ESB. Really, how is that allowed??

Oh, had to add this fun little news fact of the day: Waksal got his sentence. 87 months. Seriously. Dude, the judge is an SQer. So which one of you is moonlighting?
