90 pounds! WOW!! That must have felt awesome!! I was pretty amazed with my 30, but you lost that twice more than me! I'm very impressed :) and even though you've gained back 45, you're still down more than I ever was! That's pretty neat, you should be proud of where you are!

I go to the meetings, but not very often anymore. I weigh in once a month, and it's usually somebody boring. I used to go to another location closer to my old office, and there was this fabulously entertaining woman who called herself "Miss Jacqui" and she decked herself out in leopard print and all sorts of velure. And what an attitude! She made the meetings really entertaining, and you came out of them feeling great about yourself, and motivated to do well the coming week.

I don't think of eating bad as cheating... I just say I didn't count that day, and try to start afresh the next. Unfortunately i haven't counted most of the past year... hence my waist line has increased, haha. I'm still trying to figure out what could get me to snap back into action. I noticed I do best when I don't cook dinner (ie when i have a salad for dinner) but I love to cook! And the man is hardly satisfied with just a salad... do you have that problem?

I've been pretty good this week... here's hoping the scale likes me this month! :)

My H would never be satisfied with just a salad either. Before me he hardly ate salad or veggies other than onions and cilantro with his tacos! I gained 25 of the lbs back when I first started dating my husband til right now. I love to cook too. I've done well with some Weight Wathcers recipes if you want some of my favorites. I have to try each recipe at least once and some are a hit while others a miss. My current fav recipes are a turkey meatloaf and dijon chicken with kalmata olives and artichoke hearts. Yummmy.

I'm going to find a meeting to go to tomorrow. I have time and I really should go.
