my sleep schedule:
go to bed around midnight.
wake up 4-5ish.
at this point i either stay awake or fall back asleep.
if i fall back asleep, i wake back up 8-9ish.
if i go to bed earlier, say i go to bed at 10... i'm up at 230.
its like my body is used to me getting only 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night so it automatically wakes me at that time.
