I get my television programs years after the fact, after everyone else has beta-tested them. We are anxiously awaiting more Adventure Time seasons to be released on Netflix, and have recently enjoyed some episodes of Community and Elementary.

I tried watching "Elementary," but I think I've been spoiled by "Sherlock." I just couldn't get into it.

My wife's daughter insists that over time the "Elementary" Sherlock eclipses the Cumberbatch Sherlock. I don't care enough to get into the fight, but Cumberbatch definitely spoiled the RDJr Sherlock for me.

That came out funny. I mean I understand the blasphemy of it, but I'm not emotionally invested in Cumberbatch, as good as he is.

That's OK. I don't really care for the RDJr Sherlock. I find it rather ridiculous. The thing I like most about the BBC Sherlock is the chemistry between Sherlock and Watson, how well the two actors play off each other. They're just really fun to watch.
