It was nice out in the woods today: quiet, nearly deserted, lightly dusted with snow. It seemed less cold today, although that may have more to do with the lack of wind than the temperature.
I love the way the ice has formed to the shape of the leaves here:
It would be cool to see a time-lapse film of how this ice formed:
This was really cool: water coming out of a drainage pipe, forming swirls around it:
I was awake for a while in the wee hours this morning. Let me tell you, there is nothing on TV at five on a Sunday morning. :P
