Originally uploaded by Lizzie~Belle. It's been a quiet day here at Chez LizzieBelle. It finally stopped raining, so I headed out for a stroll to Grandmothers' Garden. It's quite mild out there, and tomorrow promises to be even milder (up to 60 degrees, they say). Perhaps I will head down to the woods tomorrow.
I'm having more plumbing problems... this time, it's the toilet. The floater thingy became unattached, so the tank never stops filling. I turned the water off, so now when I flush I have to turn on the water, fill the tank, flush, then turn the water off. Fun. Made the call to the landlord, who stopped by to suss out the situation and make the call to the plumber, who will come on Monday to (hopefully) fix it. At least I can flush... and I now know more about the inner workings of toilets than I ever thought I would. Or would want to.
