another blast from the past
There's a great article in our paper this week about Roller Derby. It's making a big comeback, even here in the boonies. I've been enjoying beatnikside's pictures for some time now, and I'm glad to see some locals getting into it as well. I remember it being really big when I was in high school (back in the dark ages, before the WWW). Natasha, who wrote the article, had a blast. I'll have to try to see it live one of these days!
