Originally uploaded by LizzieBelle Too. Yay, the workweek is almost over. I'm feeling a teensy bit better today than yesterday, despite another night of tossing, turning, and waking up every hour or so. I'll be surprised if I make it to 9:00 tonight. Bleah.
I sound a lot worse today, owing to the migration of the cold from my head into my chest; this brings me some sympathy and cracks about my sexy voice. I don't think I sound sexy, I think I sound sick. Especially when a sentence is puntuated by a round of coughing. Yeah, that's *really* attractive! *g*
The company bought us all lunch today, because we made our goals in the Home Show and Holiday books. Go us! It was really yummy, too: Chicken Francaise, ziti with brocolli, roasted taters, and salad from Leone's. Ooh, and a lovely dessert tray, with cannolis! First real food I've had in a couple of days, and it tasted wonderful. I guess I really am feeling better. :)
Tomorrow night is the coven Samhain, and I do hope I'm recovered and rested enough to go. I'd really hate to miss it, especially since I have a couple of people to say good-bye to over the veil. We'll see how I'm feeling, and how bad that Nor'easter is supposed to get.
