I applied to play Quinn on a new RPG,
limalosers, today, but unfortunately, someone had already been approved. Still, I'm kinda proud of my app, so I'm going to post it here anyway. Maybe I'll start up my own Glee RPG. Though, I seriously doubt that. :P
☆Your Character☆
Name: Quinn Fabray
Appearance: 5' 6", hazel eyes, shoulder-length blonde hair
Personality: Quinn, as former head Cheerio, had a HBIC type personality. She ruled the school, had power over everyone, and they all knew it. Since becoming pregnant with her (ex-)boyfriend's (ex-)best friend's baby, she has softened considerably. Still, her habit of insulting those she feels are below her (namely one Rachel Berry) is in tact. She will snap when provoked, but Glee Club is no longer her target. Actually, it's the only place she feels truly accepted.
Hobbies/Interests: Quinn has taken piano lessons since she was a little girl and finds it very soothing. She also truly was passionate about cheering before being kicked off the team. Quinn's other hobbies include reading, ice skating, baking and drawing.
Family/Relationships: Quinn is the youngest child of Russell and Judy Fabray, whom she is currently estranged from, due to how badly her father took the news of her pregnancy. Russell kicked her out and Quinn moved in with her (ex-)boyfriend Finn, who at the time, believed he was the father of Quinn's baby. When Finn found out before Sectionals that the baby was, in fact, his (ex-)best friend Puck's, his relationship with Quinn ended as did her stay at his house. Quinn's older sister, Angela, took Quinn in, against their father's wishes and she currently lives with Angela and her husband, Tristan.
Affiliation(s): New Directions, formerly Cheerios
☆Writing Sample☆
First Person:
So, last week, we had the whole incident with the Glist. I don't think Mr. Schue ever found out who did it, but Principal Figgins seems to have given up looking for the person, so hopefully now it'll all blow over. Thanks for not ratting me out, Mr. Schue.
This weekend has gone by way too quickly. Tristan was out of town for some conference, so Angie and I just had this fabulous girly weekend like we used to when I was younger and she still lived at home. We painted each other's nails and talked about boys and school (and work, for her, because she's boring like that). And we watched girly movies: The Notebook, Mean Girls, A Cinderella Story and 13 Going on 30.
I've been having a craving for pickles the past few weeks. I guess it's the baby's fault, because I've never really liked pickles. I mean, not like this. Angie took me shopping for some...maternity clothes this weekend, and I literally had three of those mini jars of dill pickles in my purse. Whenever Angie gave me another armful of clothes to try on, I'd sneak a pickle or two. Seriously, I can't get enough.
Berry- did I mention how much I loved your little movie for Glee last week? How're things going with the boyfriend now?
Third Person:
Quinn had lived in this town all her life and knew every person she spotted as she strutted into William McKinley High School on the first day of her freshman year. She flounced over to the same group of girls she'd spent every day in middle school with, exclaiming over how tan they looked and how much she'd missed them over the summer.
A tall boy with brown hair walked by, and Quinn turned away from her friends to greet him. He had always been tall, but now he seemed even taller. He must've grown.
"Hey, Finn!" she called up, gripping his forearm and stopping him in his tracks. She smiled sweetly, her stomach filling with butterflies and her heart started beating just a little bit faster.
When Finn looked down and spotted Quinn, he looked confused for a moment before he smiled at her warmly and said, "Hey, Quinn."
