YARN - When I was younger and much dorkier, I used to crochet free-form. I made a dragon as big as my armspan. His name was Draco, for the constellation. Then about a year later, I decided he needed a mate. Joanna is even bigger than he is - the entire size of my body!
CAMP - Girl Scouts are awesome. We cook so great, and we learn about the eight skills of survival
1) fire and firebuilding
2) shelter
3) food
4) clothing
5) knots
6) knives
7) first aid
8) being nice to nature
OCEAN - I haven't been for several years, so I guess it's a relic of my carefree childlike days when college was a far off mythical land. I still love it though
LITERATURE - Really, literature is everything to me. I know a book is good if I really, really love a character. And I don't just mean physical attachment, either. I mean like, you know the character until they're a part of you. It's best explained in the EXCELLENT "Speaker for the Dead" by Orson Scott Card. Everyone in the world should read it right now
MOON - She's cold and detached. She's a beautiful liar. She's Diana the Huntress. She watches over us, even when it's too bright to see her. She reflects the glory of the sun and the terror of the wolves. (Zachary Quinto is the most amazing person on Earth)
