One month and no journal entries..
Pathetic...
Tomorrow is our first day of school, the kids are in for a rude awakening, as I have quite the ambitious schedule put together. K will be joined by her brother J., both are very excited to have some new subjects to work though. I have added social studies, geography and science into the mix this year. K is very into geography and science, especially chemistry right now. So I want to use this "window" of learning while I can. We are starting our first geography lesson on the Continent of Asia tomorrow. K has her globe up and spinning already....hehe
On the home front, we made it through all the summer bdays, so that is a relief. I always get a bit taken back at this time of year, seems like our kids change in a blink of an eye, and before you know it, they are well...obviously not little anymore, and they enjoy telling and showing you on a hourly basis.
