Hi, I'm one of the mods of atlanta_mothers. We have moderated membership because we have had problems with trolls and stalkers and ad-spammers. Not to imply that you're any of those, but when people have an FO journal we ask that you friend one of us (me or mrs__smith) long enough for us to see that you have a child, live in the metro area, and have a journal that is actual content. We won't read anything private; we just skim through to make sure that the journal has actual content. Thanks!

Well, I'm not actually a mother yet.. trying though! Does that count? Or do I have to wait to be an actual mother to join?

Basically we just want to make sure that no one is going to be using the community to sell anything or steal photos of anyone else's kid (it's happened, but not in our comm), or to harass other members. So we'll count it this time. :)
