I'm moving on up, you're moving on out, nothing can stop me!
I'm officially moving out of my parent's place and into my own little next come mid-January...I informed the 'rents of my decision this morning.
It will be so GLORIOUS to have my OWN place! No roommates, no family members, nobody but myself in my own little sanctuary!
I've been collecting collectables for my decor...I won this exquisite antique painting on silk from China on Ebay...along with a watercolor painting of Boston Common and a vintage Sex Pistols poster...That, and saving bits of money to pay for my rent, and collecting the rest of the common sense things I need (a microwave, for instance)...I'm pretty much all set.
AND IT IS SO CHEAP TO LIVE HERE! To pay $300/month for my own place instead of paying $600/mo. for a bedroom in a place with other people who inevitably will get on my nerves...BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Even with the lower rate of pay here (but really, I haven't taken that much of a pay drop from last winter.), it is still much more affordable.
