We have been having beautiful weather since Friday. We started out last weekend with rain so I was very glad to see the sun! The kids get weird(er) when they are stuck in the house and I go crazy(ier) when they are stuck in the house....so they are out and so are my clothes, the line is full and I still have another 2 loads but they can wait until tomorrow.
Philip's class trips are really nice, with him being homeschooled we can do the trip and venture off after if we want. Jonathan takes the day off and we go. He will always have 'mommy' with him and all his sibs. as well but he likes that, right now :0)
I hope you see sunny skies soon. I am hearing that some places in New England States are dealing with floods, hope you are not getting that.
My Mothers Day was very nice. No I didn't get breakfast in bed yesterday, too hard with Sunday School and Church to get ready for but Jonathan did bring me a muffin and a capp in on Sat. morning.
Sorry to read about your friends death, that is young. Were they aware of heart problems? My heart goes out to the family, the kids are still so young. Makes me want to take better care of my health.

Thanks D, Jes was one of the pallbearers, he coached hockey, and each one of his players were there.
It started a couple of years ago, he broke his back at work, loading a truck and the lift fell on him. Then he had a heart attack, and he was having open heart surgery last week but didn't pull through. He was a big guy, past smoker, and liked mcdonalds...but a happy person none the less. Bit of stress mixed in, no insurance came through for him for his back, so he lost his transport truck and eventually went into bankrupcy. We all kept on wondering when things were going to get better for them.
We will give his wife and kids, as always, all our love and support.
