"Life is Beatiful"
Today is so beautiful I dont even know what to do with myself. I want to be on the water though I know that. Anything with water today will be good. Melissa and Allister are working all day so I am alone until then. Little do the boys know that I will be waking them up shoprtly... (Boys meaning Lem and Joey) ...
So last night we watched Bottle Rocket. Highly recommended to any who havent had the privaledge of seeing it yet. I want to watch trainspotting b/c Joe and Joey need to understand the magnitude of that picture. Fabulous. Fabulous.
Briana and I were learning multiplication this morning. It was really cute. We taught her the 2 and 3 times tables. Its amazing how much you learn about life while talking to a child.
She was teaching me to plant these flowers and keep the dirt intact in the pot until it is ready to be planted in the ground. But she was looking not @ me, and at the flower pot as she explained every miniscule step in the process, the way kids do when they are fumbling over their words. And watching her little hands and eyes, just absolutly chock full of wonder and chastity. And no not chastity in just a sexual pretense. Chastity like she is completely devoid at this stage in her life of any bias or prejudice. It was like watching someone see something for the first time. Its a beautiful thing.
Life is so beautiful sometimes you need to just stop and looka round you. Everything has a meaning, and everything a purpose. Its amazing to think that way honestly. I have a gift to see the beauty in everything... Because there is beauty in everything, absolutly everywhere you look.
I know this is a sappy entry, but I have to say I am so pleased with everything right now. I could not be a happier person. Well maybe I could, but honestly I wouldnt trade this for all the tea in china...
