So, as I posted about before, I'm heading out to Africa next year to volunteer at a wildlife reservation. Originally I'd planned to go shark diving but weighing up the cost (which basically means the reality of what is actually possible) and other factors, I settled on going to Africa instead. I can always dive with blues and basking sharks in the UK or something...
BUT ... Today it suddenly dawned on me that they do great white cage dives from Cape Town. And I'll be near Johannesburg. And it can't be that hard to catch a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town, right?
So basically I could, with a little extra planning, DO BOTH *_* It's not the same as an open water dive but that's something I can still do in the future. And there's something magical about great whites ...
