But not for Texas. Texas is lame. This is only one of the forty kajillion reasons why I HATE IT HERE! WHY do people think that it is okay to tell someone whether they are allowed to sell sex toys? Or buy them? Besides, it's not like there aren't plenty of phallic shaped non-sexual devices out there that can be makeshift. Or are you going to take away people's toothbrush holders for fear of what they might be doing with them? It's SO RIDICULOUS. As is the Texas law they struck down prohibiting same sex relations. To quote Helen (Drake and Josh) "Is that some of your business?"
