The Biggest Loser...on the treadmill.

My main problem with my treadmill was that being on it was boring. I stared into a wall trying to figure out how make it more enjoyable. Buy a small LDC TV and mount it on the wall (expensive little buggers), find a shelf and put my laptop on it and watch a movie (meh), or....find a beaten up bookcase from the basement and haul my 40 lb. TV to the top of it and hope to hell it doesn't come crashing down. Hooray! We have a winner.

So I walked my way through The Biggest Loser last night, well at least tried to. I wasn't going for speed or distance but after 8km (5miles) I had to stop because my feet were burning from the start of many blisters forming. Doesn't matter, my BodyBugg told me I burned about 600 calories in 85 minutes so I'm happy with that and I like walking.

I gained 13lbs in the last month from not watching what I eat. Horrible. I can feel it too. Pants a bit tighter, sluggish mornings. So back on track for me! I have a goal and I will reach it...this time.
