This morning was my second session of K.I.C.K. (Kelly's Intense Calorie Killer) BOOTCAMP.
The first session was on Wednesday (6AM start) and I made it 3/4 of the way through and my sugar level dropped and I started feeling pretty dizzy and getting blind spots in my vision. I recovered though and continued.
So this morning went off without a hitch as I made sure I had eaten an adequate amount of breakfast (cottage cheese, strawberries, 2 low-fat ham slices and a half a glass of skim milk). My quadriceps were still burning from Wednesday though so my squats were a bit half assed today.
BOOTCAMP makes me hyper right after so I'll be bouncing off the walls here for awhile.
