I saw Wall*E yesterday and I LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVED it!! It was breathtakingly beautiful. The textures on Earth contrasted amazingly with the slickness in the spaceship, and the plot was so nuanced, yet clear enough for almost anyone to understand. Wall*E is truly the best Disney/Pixar movie so far. Even during the beginning of the end credits when it showed art evolve from Egyptian to Van Gogh. Every moment was breathtaking. Half dichromatic, dystopian postapocaplyse, half robot love story, Wall*E is everything that science fiction ought to be. Most of the characters are not human, but Wall*E manages to speak greatly on that ever-popular subject of the Human Condition.
