I liiiiive!

Sort of. Got nudged by a very near and dear lj friend which was really good because I've been thinking about updating for about three or four weeks. Only problem is, I keep running into the same problems;

What the heck am I going to write about? Or, more accurately, what can I write about.. I can't write about work because of all the news about people getting fired/not hired for what they write in blogs etc, and I don't want to friendslock everything, ya know? This wouldn't be a problem if all I wanted to write are good things, but as I'm so easily irritated by everything (I HATE PEOPLE), what I would have written would not have been positive. More like bloody screaming rantings of doom that you all would have gotten bored with anyway :-P. Suffice it to say that for the love of all that is holy, I work in a mailroom. It shouldn't be that hard to do things RIGHT.

Tomorrow is my last day though, so yays! The job is basically the reason I haven't been commenting/updating, also. I've been getting up between 5 and 6 every morning so I can drive 45 minutes, scream at stupid drivers, work with people that drive me nuts for 8 and a half hours, drive another 45 minutes back while screaming at even dumber drivers, collapse at home and attempt to read for an hour before showering and getting ready for the next day. Whee, that was a fun sentence! Basically, not a lot of time to write or read on livejournal, unfortunately.

This is not to say that I haven't been doing anything interesting at all EVER. I've gone to many movies with Sarah, Christy, and Cayce. I've hung out with them (and fallen asleep on Christy's couch. Repeatedly. I'm still surprised she didn't take the opportunity to kill me and have done with it, eh Christy?) I had a ridiculously early going away party for Japan since everyone goes back to school soon. Sarah and I took many walks/bike rides around Shaker Lakes, which was awesome fun. This Friday, Christy and I will go to the first Heights marching band performance (ROCK). It's just, I didn't want to write a bunch of short THIS IS WUT I DID TODAY YAYZ entries that would bore even me seeing them later. They would have all been like this:

August Whatever day we saw little miss sunshine I think it was last monday

OMG Little Miss Sunshine was soooo good, I want to see it again and then have it's amazingly cool movie babies like whoa. Greg Kinnear was so good, so was that other guy, I'm too tired to look it up on IMDB. 4 more days of work BLEAH. I'm so tired I go sleep now.

And repeat. So, obviously, the better solution was to be to lazy to even open the window to blog. And I like blogging, so I'm very grateful to
Lesslikeyou for nudging me into action, action I say!  The latest news is that we went shopping, my mom and I, in Pennsylvania this weekend and got muchos stuff for Japan.  Mostly clothing and stuff.  I might take pictures, but that involves finding new batteries for my digital camera which is so much work!  I am teh lazy.  I actually might get around to doing it, just don't get your hopes up, mmkay?

Finally, I will continue blogging while in Japan.  I'll be doing it at this LJ instead of creating a new one just for Japan, however chic that may be.  I like all of my life experiences in one place, it's easier to find things :-P.  If any of you want to get emails too (which might contain more stuff especially if I have to friendslock stuff or something) then just drop me a quick line at LizoraVeriam @ gmail.com so's I can remember to add you to the list.  I've probably got most of you on automatically, but if you feel like it comment anyway so that I know for sure to add you.  I don't leave until September 19th, so we've got awhile!  Not long though... nervouuuuuuus.

And finally for real this is the conclusion HONEST, tomorrow is my last day of work OKAYS?  Score!  I can't wait.  I shall wear some of my new clothing, knock them all dead, and then scream with happiness all the way home at 4:30.  WOO HOO!

japan, random, friends, work
