it's BRANDON's birthday, terral is in town, and marcos is awesome
my breakfast [yes, i am aware that it's noon]: grilled chicken sandwich, sour cream and onion pringles, orange juice, and 4 different kinds of pills. mmm!
break has been good to me. been able to catch up with great friends and watch darn good flicks. for instance, yesterday, terral, marissa, and i hung out and watched l.a. confidential [saw that with heather on friday, but i wanted to watch it again to "get" it] and italian job. then we went over to his aunt and uncle's [whom i remember from math and science team!! :) go math and science team!!] and ate all their cake and talked forever about movies, college, racial stereotypes [come on, you've got black guys, a mexican girl, and an asian girl talking about college admission], and everything else. it was great.
CRAP!! i just drank all my orange juice and forgot about the pills. now i have to get up and get some more :(
but yeah, i've decided that any movie that KEVIN SPACEY, RUSSELL CROWE, GUY PEARCE, and BRAD PITT touch is automatically worth seeing a trillion times. just look at my list of favorite movies!

i mean, there are SOME rare exceptions [k-pax, that retarded movie with russell crowe and meg ryan where they're looking for her husband, i think guy pearce and brad pitt have probably made some dorky movies too] but for the most part those are small accidents. not to mention that russell crowe, brad pitt, and guy pearce are very sexy.
others that are close to making this list, but i haven't seen enough of their movies/they're not really GREAT or "thinking" movies:
* tom cruise [magnolia]
* benicio del toro [21 grams, traffic]
* jude law [ai, enemy at the gates, road to perdition]
* edward norton [american history x, fight club]
* johnny depp [edward scissorhands, sleepy hollow, blow, crap he's made other good ones too but i can't remember]
anyway, that's "all the news that's fit to print" i hope you're all having a fabulous break!
