productive morning
Overall, it was a very productive morning. Steven crawled into the garage and rescued 6 boxes which we went through and whittled down to one box of keep stuff and one box of garage sale items. We are hoping to tackle a few more boxes this afternoon. My allergies are kicking in from all the dust, but I will take some allergy meds and keep going.
Yesterday I washed and folded ALL of the laundry from their trip. OMGosh...haven't seen that much laundry in 6 weeks. Since they are little people, there were tons of items in those few loads of wash. It was all put away except for Em's stuff which I am about to go do now.
We cooked the brisket and stuff yesterday and we have so much left over that we will be eating on brisket for quite some time to come. Steven and I agreed that this was the best one we have ever done. Quite yummy, but we may very well end up freezing part of it.
We are planning on doing a family outing day on Tuesday. Take the kids to Odessa for dinner and a movie. Well, the men will see a movie. Hellboy is playing at the cheap theatre and the men all want to see it. I imagine Em and I will do a little shopping, maybe go visit our fine feathered friends and share some mommy/daughter time.
