(no subject)
Well I'm trying to plan a road trip with Jeff but he doesn't know it. Yes, I said "plan", even though they're supposed to be completely spontaneous... because I have a feeling that would fail miserably. It wouldn't be until summer. And even then I don't know if we could do it because we're both broke, but damnit I'll plan anyway!!
See he's been to Sears Tower in Chicago and has always wanted to go back and see more of the city and whatnot. And I haven't done any like really cute or creative girlfriend gifts so I figured if I could pull this off he'd be impressed. And I want to go.lol
But my problem is that I've found some things to do (cool parks and places to hike and horseback ride and a museum or 2) but I can't find any like road trip things. Like in the movies they're just driving on a little back road and they discover that the town is actually home to the worlds largest ball of yarn, or something like that. It may be unrealistic, but I want to find random shit like that!! lol.
We would be driving across the top parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana, then stopping shortly into Illinios were Chicago is. Anybody know anything out there to do or see? Probably not, but I figure I'd ask anyway.
