Old Bella = New Cissa!
YAY! Cissa is IN the HOUSE! The HP-Movie HOUSE that is! XD

Good news this morning as CBBC Newsround can confirm some casting news for the upcoming "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" film. Actress Helen McCrory will play the part of Narcissa Malfoy, the wife of Death Eater Lucius Malfoy. Newsround reminds us that Ms McCrory "was originally cast as Bellatrix Lestrange in the fifth Potter movie, but couldn't play the part because she was expecting a baby."
Also, the site reports that an"announcement on who will play young Tom Riddle and Lavender Brown is expected very soon."
Helen McCrory has appeared in "Anna Karenina" for PBS, as well as The Count of Monte Cristo, and was most recently seen in the hit films "The Queen," and "Becoming Jane," which also co-starred Julie Walters (Molly Weasley) and Dame Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall).
I'm happy! I mean, I didn't expect them to get her, specifically, but I wanted her as Bella when she was first cast to be in OotP, and since she will play Narcissa, Bella's sis...well, I think there is going to be a resamblence after all..I know a lot of people where worried about that.
I just can see her NOW with blond hair. I mean, I'm sure they're going to make a work, they always do...I mean look at my love Jason Isaacs and what a wonder that wig has done to his character! I wonder if they would hire him back in HBP just so he can give her pointers and have a say on her look, cuz you know, the Malfoy family have to cordiante....maybe I've just become too addicted to Makani's Malfoy family. XD
But yeah, this is very good news, cuz not only do we get a new casting, we get confirmation that Chapter 2, Spinner's End, WILL be shot and in the movie, or at least, lets hope that is what this means. I can wait to see these three, Alan, Helen, and Helena (ha! Even their names are similar!), in those scenes! That's one of the reasons why I HBP is probably my second fav. HP book, cuz of that chapter and the marvelous characterization Jo showed.
Oh, its a good day. I JUST signed up for my Winter Quarter classes, had to wake up at 6 AM...but I got ALL the ones that I wanted! I have TWO Astronomy classes, its going to be, I hope, very interesting...and all my classes are on Tuesday and Thursday, leaving Monday, Wednesday, and almost all of Friday (I have only one class that day) free, and now I think I can get a job! YAY! *fingers crossed*
Oh, and the roommate is asleep, which means that she's not bugging me, which results in me being in a happy mood! :D
