Help!
My printer is refusing to print black. The colour and black cartridges are both pretty much full, colour is printing fine but black won't. Normal sized black text won't print at all and large black text or any black parts of pictures are bringing in shades of dark red/green/purple.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, physically cleaned the cartridge head, run the print head cleaner from the computer... everything I can think of.
It used to print fine... any suggestions? I think I might have to go and try to find a new print cartridge tomorrow in case that's the problem. Annoyingly it will be very expensive to get from any of the shops I'm planning on being near.
I need to print stuff though. ARGH!
