(no subject)
Hurricane Frances has sort of stalled out in the Atlantic, but I decided to stay put in Gainesville. Waxlax called me and is really worried about their house in Vero Beach (rightfully so). He's in Boston and his parents are in Germany, so his sister had to drive back and get their important documents and such =( Meanwhile, Scafidi made his "will" and posted it online (he's in Melbourne, just north of vero). He left me Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Bill O'Reilly's book, "Who's looking out for you?" Awwww, so many good memories. I asked him if I could have his bass(guitar) too, but he said no. *tear*
Tonight was the quickest Phi Sig meeting ever. We finished in under an hour and it was still daylight when I walked out of the physics building. I was amazed.
Two more little tidbits of randomness from campus:
1) I have spotted my Orlando Bloom look-alike TWICE this week. This means our schedules must overlap somehow. Mmmm. He's hot. Maybe someday I'll have some reason to talk to him.
2) Have any of you UF students ever spotted that girl that wears the same outfit everyday? The red shirt, the jean skirt, the fish-nets and the black heels? I know my dorm friends and I had all spotted her last year and laughed over the absurdity of it. BUT, it's no coincidence. I've spotted her twice this week as well, and guess what? Yep, still wearing the same outfit. Both days. I wonder what her story is?
