Float building...

I've spent the past four nights of my life creating over 1,600 paper flowers with a group of say, five other regular people, for the Phi Sigma Pi/Rock 104 float. It's been good times though, and the brothers are really impressed with the little group of initiates that have been there everyday. So yeah, if you go to the Homecoming parade tomorrow, and spot the huge cake Phi Sig/Rock 104 float, I'll be on it. So look for me. lol.

Tonight was especially fun, because a lot more bros showed up after Aaron bitched at them during the meeting. lol. Even Alumni Matt, aka Scafidi, aka Rock 104 Matt, aka, "Matt Irons", aka, the-man-with-too-many-nicknames, was there and being nice to us initiates for a change! This was the Matt I remembered from Victor's party back in the day! yay! He even kissed each of our hands as he said goodnight. Much better than the : "HEY PLEDGE! GET ME A BEER!" that we heard so often at campout =).

So yeah, it was good times.

Really, there's only one more week of real pledging, because we take our final exam on Thursday and turn in our journals on Sunday. Then we wait to receive our bids... ahhh... the nervousness will strike again!

I know I've done everything in my power to make it in to this fraternity, so I'm not really nervous in that way... it's just, there's always that chance that you won't make it in for some reason. And now that I've spent two months really getting to know all these wonderful people, I'm not really sure what I'd do if I didn't get a bid. Man, talk about some serious heart break!

Anyway, I'm riding on the float tomorrow, which requires me to go to bed.
