The short of it:
Show was absolutely awesome.
+ Scafidi braved the pit and managed to be in front row. I stood safely high above the craziness where, as a short person, I could actually see the show.
+ Got tackled by Avenged Sevenfold's sound guy. In related news, an absolutely adorable boy caught me before I fell down a mini-flight of stairs after the aforementioned tackle. Then he checked to make sure I was OK. Awww.
+ Witnessed a (probably drunk) fan back-out of a parking spot after the show and immediately smash into a truck behind them. And then watched them proceed to drive off, even though there were like 50 witnesses who grabbed their license plate number.
+ Met the singer and guitarist for CKY (but not drummer, who is Bam Margera's brother).
+ Met Zacky Vengence (guitarist) and M. Shadows (lead singer) of Avenged Sevenfold after the show (pictures forth-coming after Scafidi uploads them). Would have met Johnny Christ, but we barely missed him according to drummer-Dan.
+ Lost my voice.
